I am so tired of paying $100/mo to @Verizon and not getting any sort of service. Phone doesn't work and the agents are all unhelpful. It's time to start looking for another provider.

I also received a Verizon branded Android TV box with my order and it’s a pretty decent device. It’s responsive and while I don’t love the Android TV interface, this one has a lot toned down and much of it can be disabled to get it out of the way.

My Solar panel arrived today and it works well with my power pack.My Verizon Home Internet also arrived and I’m doing some serious testing with it. So far, it is faster than my Cable Internet but the long-term stability is what really needs testing.

So @Verizon sucks. Upgrade my plan and get a new phone. Then this morning the phone stops working completely. I go to the store and all I get told is to wait 24-48 hours and see if it gets fixed. Wtf. No explanation or any help just hope it fixes itself @VerizonSupport

My phone service is still out. @Verizon why don't you spend some damn money maintaining the underground cables? I knew EXACTLY what the problem was on Monday when I spent FOUR ******* HOURS trying to call MCI, the company you own. I didn't need to be told. It's ALWAYS the prob.

@shamir_k @rexsalisbury Their network handover support on iPhones used to be nonexistent. Not sure if Fi fixed that but it was basically T-mobile. I’d recommend Fi only if you travel internationally and need int’l roaming. I switched from Fi to Visible (by Verizon) a while back and been much happier.
