Tips for Making These Cookies

Don’t press the dough balls down. When you bake this chocolate crackle cookies recipe the cookies will flatten while the cookies bake.

Cookies will be soft when you remove them from the oven. If you bake them too long you will lose the soft and fudgy center, but as they cool the edges will harden up.

Make bigger cookies. If you want to make larger cookies you can, just bake them for an additional 2 minutes.
